At The Passive Queen, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products designed to help you grow, learn, and earn. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any digital products.
Once your purchase is completed, your digital files are automatically delivered to your email and/or displayed on the confirmation page. Since digital content cannot be returned, we are unable to process refunds under any circumstances.

If you did not receive your download link or experienced a delivery error, please contact us at Thepassivequeenllc@gmail.com and we will resend your files immediately.

Cancellations

Because digital items are delivered instantly, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

Exchanges

Digital products cannot be exchanged.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Attempting to dispute a valid charge for a digital product may result in removal of access to all past and future items from The Passive Queen.
